Excerpt.... Have you ever thought about how little we really know? In our 21st century world, we depend on things that we really know absolutely nothing about. Think about a typical weekday. From the moment a person gets up until the time they go to bed, most of the things they use appear to be very simple. To illustrate my point, I thought I would take us through some of the things that regularly appear in my day. All of them seem very simple to me and I think I understand them, but do I really?
